 FAQs

  • We will test up to 12 products from cleansers to SPFS to beauty tech and wellness products. All supplies are included and a healthy vegetarian friendly brunch is included as well. Additionally, each guest will receive a tote bag!

  • We'll have everything you need but please arrive make-up free if you plan on testing products directly on your skin! (We also have makeup remover)

  • Of course! Most French brands make products that were made with sensitive skin in mind. If you have any doubts, you can try the product on your hand instead of your skin just to be safe.

  • Your entrance ticket covers the masterclass where you will test a range of high end French skincare products and enjoy a mix of healthy snacks (fresh juice, coffee, cakes, etc). Any purchases you make afterwards are not included in the price.

  • The class + brunch usually lasts about 1.5 hours with a mini tour of the Wellness space included. Once completed, you are free to shop, explore, stay and book one of the services (massages, manicures, sauna etc).

  • I won't spoil the surprise but, of course you'll be able to try iconic brands like Caudalie as well as newer brands like La Boté (pronounced, la beauté).

  • KT Wellness Concierge is a 3rd Party Concierge working independently of by advised by Galeries Lafayette Wellness.
